Selling in Alicante

Sell your property with an architect's judgement

Free, no-obligation valuation. We'll tell you what your property is really worth and how to sell it better.

What is Alicante's real estate market like right now?

Alicante's real estate market right now is defined by a clear imbalance: there are more interested buyers than good properties for sale. Every month we talk to families and investors looking for a home in Alicante who can't find enough quality product in their preferred area. For anyone with a property to sell, that means something concrete: a well-valued, well-presented home today draws more real interest than it would have a few years ago, not less.

How it works

01

Free valuation

You tell us the basics of your property and we get back to you within 24-48 business hours to arrange a visit or remote valuation.

02

Visit & analysis

We visit the property, assess it with an architect's eye, and compare it against recent sales in your area to set a realistic asking price.

03

Preparation

We advise you on what genuinely improves the sale before listing, and prepare photography and paperwork so it's presented at its best.

04

Marketing & viewings

We add it to our curated selection, show it to qualified buyers, and handle viewings for you.

05

Negotiation & signing

We negotiate offers in your interest and support you through to signing, including reviewing the paperwork.

Questions about selling your property

Is the valuation free, with no obligation?+

Yes. The valuation is free and comes with no obligation. It's there to understand your property and give you a realistic figure, not to pressure you into selling with us.

What documents do I need to sell my property?+

At minimum: title deed or nota simple, energy performance certificate, latest IBI (property tax) and community fee receipts, and habitability certificate if applicable. We tell you exactly what you need at the first meeting.

How do you calculate the asking price?+

We compare your property against recent similar sales in the same area, and look at it with an architect's eye: condition, light, layout and renovation potential — not just square metres.

How long does it usually take to sell a property?+

It depends on the area, the asking price and the condition of the home. We give you a realistic range for your specific case in the valuation itself, not a generic number.

What if my property needs renovation before selling?+

We'll tell you honestly: sometimes a light renovation adds more to the sale price than it costs. Since we're also an interior design studio, we can advise on it or handle it ourselves before listing.
