You tell us the basics about your property and we get back to you within 48 working hours to arrange a visit or a remote valuation, and set a rent in line with your area.
Visit and preparation
We visit the property, advise you on what's worth improving before listing it, and prepare photography and paperwork so it's presented at its best.
Marketing and finding tenants
We include it in our selection, show it to interested candidates and handle the visits for you.
Tenant selection
We review candidates carefully and recommend the tenant who best fits your property.
Contract and move in
We prepare the rental contract and support you through the move in, including checking the inventory.
